特高压大跨距OPGW的结构设计和制造

摘    要:针对OPGW使用在特高压与大跨距的场合,文章对光纤余长和余长均匀性、不锈钢管中纤膏和纵向渗水性能的设计和制造,及径向渗水故障作了具体分析。具体阐述了OPGW设计与制造过程中存在的一些实际问题,并探讨了相应的技术措施和解决方法。

Abstract:Based on the application of OPGW in Ultra High Voltage(UHV) and long span systems,the paper analyzed the design and manufacture of spare length of optic fiber,the uniformity of spare length,fiber grease and the vertical direction seep-water performance in stainless steel pipe and the radial direction seep-water malfunction in detail.The papers expounded the actual problems in designing of OPGW configuration and manufacture process,and discussed the technique measure and solution schemes.
