| 摘 要： | 为了改善化纤轴承组合件压配质量,采用试验测量轴承的振动速度的手段,发现导致其不合格率高的原因是轴承压配过程中外圈与芯轴的滚道受损,为此将原来的固定式压配工装改进为浮动压配工装,改进后其振动速度变化稳定,轴承整体质量明显提高.

| Abstract: | For the purpose of the improvement of the press-fit of the bearing assembly for synthetic fiber,test of measuring the vibration of the bearing shows that high disqualification of the bearing results from the damage of the rail between the outer ring and the mandrel.In this case,floating press-fit is used instead of the immovable press-fit,thus a less vibration and high quality of the bearing in general. |
