摘    要:用Brabender电缆包覆设备研究了电缆基料1I2A的流变及加工性能,并建立了一个简单的电缆包覆流变模型,这一模型能够解释加工温度、挤出速度和牵引速度等加工条件对电缆包覆质量的影响。根据这一模型,我们成功地推断了电线电缆用阻燃专用料的加工性能和包覆质量。

Abstract:The rehological properties and processability of base polymer 1I2A (LDPE) for wire and cable have been studied by means of Brabender cable coating equipment and a simple rehological model of cable coating has been established in this paper. The effects of the process conditions such as temperature, the extruding speed and drawing speed on the quality of the cable sheathing have been explained and the rehological properties and processability of flame retardant speciality polymer for wire and cable have been successfully predicted on the basis of the model.
