异型面盆成形参数优化的数值模拟

摘    要:影响异型面盆的成形质量因素较多,应用正交实验的方法,采用eta/DYNAFORM软件进行数值模拟,探索异型面盆在成形过程中压边力、模型深度、模具凹模圆角半径和工艺补充面深度,对异型面盆成形特性的影响规律,寻找异型面盆冲压成形的模具理想参数和最优冲压工艺参数。将数值模拟优化的模具参数、工艺参数与试验结果比较结果表明,模具凹模圆角半径及模型深度对成形质量影响显著,为异型面盆的实际生产,提供了理论依据。

Abstract:There are many factors that influence the forming quality of the basin with special shape.Numerical simulation were conducted with orthogonal experimental approach and eta/DYNAFORM software being adopted to study the effect of the factors such as die radius,blank holding force,depth of the die cavity and the depth of the technical compensative surface on the forming characteristics.The optimum technical parameters and die parameters were verified by experiment.Test results show that the influence of the die...
