毛混色纺纱智能配色软打样系统研发及实现

摘    要:应用对适用于染色羊毛混色纺纱颜色的Stearns-Noechel预测新模型的基础上,采用三刺激值法进行匹配运算,预测最佳混色配方方案。系统采用ICC颜色管理体系,提高系统的适用性,避免了不同设备间移植时产生的"跑色"现象。通过仿真模拟可得到混色织物的"素色"与"夹花"软打样效果,更直观地预测样品。系统通过企业初步实践表明,采用毛混色纺纱智能配色软打样系统可得到可靠的软打样效果。

Abstract:If we use the wool top and loose wool dyeing to produce the melange yarn,there are some problems just like long-time period,high cost and low accuracy in the artificial color proofing both in the production of wool fabrics and knitted sweaters.This paper has amended the experience of stearns-noechel model to make a new color predicting one applicable in pigmented wool and blending spinning.By using the datacolor spectrum bioteeh,we can get the overall surface reflectance of sample from the customer;match it...
