| 摘 要： | 在电力市场环境下,由于负荷需求弹性的存在,面对电价的波动,用户可适时调整负荷计划,改变实际负荷曲线,从而直接影响发电系统可靠性的计算。构筑考虑需求弹性的电价负反馈模型,通过对IEEE30节点系统进行计算,研究了需求弹性对发电系统可靠性的影响,也即对电源充裕度的影响。

| Abstract: | Under the power market environment,facing the fluctuation of market clearing price and load demand elasticity, the users may adjust the load plan at the right moment which can change the actual load curve and affect the generation system reliability calculation. This paper builds reverse feedback model of demand elasticity and calculates IEEE30 nodal system and researches into the affect of demand elasticity on generation system reliability that also can be called power sufficiency. |
