摘    要:物质危害性分析、爆炸和火灾危险环境区域划分、生产过程的危险性及重大危险源辨识,是转炉烟气净化回收系统危害性评价的要点。转炉烟气净化回收系统的主要产品转炉煤气具有易燃、易爆、易引起急性中毒等特点,对转炉煤气的有效控制是钢铁企业避免发生重大安全生产事故的可靠途径。现代转炉炼钢烟气净化系统危害评价是十分必要的,且对实际生产有指导意义。

Abstract:The key points of converter gas cleaning and recycling system hazard assessment include substance hazard analysis, explosive and fire hazardous atmospheres division , hazard in production process and identification of major hazard installations .Converter gas is the major product of converter gas cleaning and recycling system and the gas has properties of inflammableness , explosion, poisoning, and so on.A reliable approach to avoid major production safety accidents is the effective control of converter gas.It is completely necessary for system hazard assessment of modern converter gas cleaning and recycling which has instructive significance for practice safety production.
