The determining method of bearing capacity characteristics number of muddy soil in Qinhuangdao area

With the experimental results of standard penetration test of muddy soil in Qinhuangdao area and shallow plate loading test as references,the possibility and reliability of determining bearing capacity characteristics number of muddy soil with standard testing N value were analyzed and discussed.The empirical regression equation between muddy soil bearing capacity characteristics number in Qinhuangdao area and standard testing N value was obtained.
