摘    要:目前,促智中草药的研究已成为国际药学界的研究热点,为了改进传统的研究动物学习记忆的检测手段和方法,提高检测精度和效率,将数字图象处理技术引入促智中草药药理实验的研究,设计研制了避暗测控系统。通过利用多媒体视频卡实时采集动物在避暗箱内活动的图象,监测动物在避暗箱中的状态,提取一系列指标和参数进行分析处理。

Abstract:Nowadays,the study of nootropic Chinese medicinal herbs has been forging rapidly in the field of international pharmacy. In order to improve the traditional testing method about learning an memory (such as Step-Through and Water-Maze),and improve testing precision and efficiency, we applied digital image processing technique to develop a computer-aided system for measuring Step-Through performance, which is mainly used to study spatial learning in the rat and mouse. The testing and controlling system we designed can make a series of information refined as much as possible and guarantee experimedntal results more scientific and rational.
