城镇化的经济成本测算--以甘肃天水为例

城镇化水平高低作为经济社会发展的标志是各级政府追求的目标,也是经济学者们重点研究的对象.但目前大部分研究成果以城镇化率的测算和城镇化水平的提高措施为研究重点,忽略了城镇化过程中区域所付出的经济成本.本文以甘肃省天水地区为例,测算其未来15年将为城镇化水平提高所支付的经济成本,得出了投资不足将成为今后天水城镇化发展的瓶颈,并提出相应的解决措施.

The Calculation of Economic Costs of Urbanization: A Case Study of Tianshui, Gansu

As the symbol of social economic development, the level of urbanization is the target that every class of government has been made effort for, which is as well as the important research objective for economic researchers. However, nowadays researchers ignored the economic cost of urbanization, but turn to put the key point of research on estimation of the rate of urbanization and the way to increase the level of urbanization. Taking the Tianshui of Gansu province as an example, this paper estimated estimates the economic cost of economy in this region for increasing the level of its urbanization in the lastlater fifteen years, it gotwith the conclusion that the lack of investment would become the bottleneck (restriction) of Tianshui urbanization in the future. Concerning to this result we put forward measures to deal with interrelated problems.
