摘    要:鉴于分布式发电(DG)的特殊性,含有DG的配电网故障恢复不能用传统方法解决。提出了一种新的考虑DG的故障恢复策略。首先根据DG的发展状况介绍了2个孤岛处理标准:IEEE 929-2000和IEEE 547-2003,前者禁止孤岛存在,后者允许有意识的孤岛运行。考虑到用户对供电可靠性的要求越来越高,同时DG的注入容量越来越大,文中的研究是建立在后一标准基础上的;然后介绍了3种孤岛运行模式,并分析了其优缺点;对含有DG的配电网潮流计算,采用改进的前推回代法进行处理;最后给出了考虑DG的配电网故障恢复步骤并进行了实例仿真。仿真结果证明了文中所提出的方法的有效性。

Abstract:Owing to the particularity of distributed generation (DG), the conventional restoration algorithm is incapable of application to the distribution system with DGs. This paper proposes a new strategy for service restoration with DGs. First, in view of the development of DGs, such standards for the islanding as IEEE929-2000 and IEEE1547-2003 are introduced. The former forbids the advent of islanding while the latter allows the implementation of intentional islanding. In view of the increasingly high requirements on power supply reliability, and the ever growing DGs' injection capacity, the research is based on the latter standard. Then, three types of islanding modes are presented along with their advantages and disadvantages. For the load flow of the distribution system with DGs, the improved backward-forward sweep is adopted. Finally, the procedure of service restoration in the distribution system with DGs taken into account is given. The validity of the algorithm proposed is shown by the simulation results of an example.
