常顶换热器腐蚀原因分析

摘    要:中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司常压塔顶换热器H1001管束的材质为316L奥氏体不锈钢,运行一个周期后腐蚀泄漏严重,被迫更换。分析认为,管束泄漏是由于H2S—HCl-H2O腐蚀环境引起的电化学腐蚀、冲蚀和停工时连多硫酸引起的应力腐蚀开裂。强化“一脱二注”工艺防腐蚀措施、改变换热工艺设计、选用09Gr2AlMoRE钢或2205双相钢以及严格执行停工检修规程等措施可延长换热器使用寿命。

Abstract:The 316L austenitic steel tube bundle of the overhead heat exchanger H1001 of atmospheric distillation unit in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex had to be replaced after an operating circle because of severe corrosion leakage. The analysis concludes that the leak is caused by the electro- chemical corrosion by H2S- HCl- H2O environment, erosion and the stress corrosion cracking by polythionic acid during the turnaround. The service life of the heat exchanger can be extended by adoption of process corrosion prevention measures of "one removal and two injections", modification of heat exchange train, selection of 09Gr2AlMoRE steel or 2205 duplex steel as well as strict implementation of turnaround procedures.
