| Abstract: | In the paper, the problems of repeated authentication and right proliferation because of information spreading are expressed. The solutions to each problem are discussed. The architecture of authentication and access control is brought forward. The advantage and disadvantage of the solution are analyzed. The settlement of the disadvantage is offered. |
