三级旋风分离器的设计新理念

摘    要:改变传统的三级旋风分离器设计思路,推荐被称为“集约型”和“母子型”的旋风分离器作为三级旋风分离器,其优点是在保证分离性能的前提下简化结构,方便制造、安装,减轻重量,节省投资。并可减小催化剂磨损,降低细粉含量,有利于烟气轮机运行。

Abstract:The traditional design thinking of third-stage cyclone is changed and the intensive and composite cyclone is recommend as third-stage cyclone. On the premise of a good separation performance, these cyclone are characterized by simple configuration, convenient manufacturing and instillation, reduced weight and less investment. Catalyst attrition and catalyst fine powder content are reduced as well, and it is favorable for flue gas expander operation.
