摘    要:采用硫代乙酰胺(TAA)为沉淀剂,水热法合成40%Pt/C质子交换膜燃料电池阴极催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)考察了Pt/C催化剂的物理性能,并利用循环伏安法(CV)分析了催化剂的电化学活性,采用旋转圆盘电极(RDE)评价了催化剂的氧还原催化活性。实验表明水热硫化物沉淀法合成催化剂受反应pH值、氯铂酸与沉淀剂硫代乙酰胺的配比、H2热处理等制备条件的影响,制得的Pt/C催化剂粒径小(平均粒径3nm左右)并且分布均匀,催化性能较好。

Abstract:40% Pt/C electrocatalysts for PEMFC were prepared by hydrothermal method with thioacetamide(TAA) as precipitator, the physical performance of Pt/C catalysts were characterized by TEM, and XRD, the electrochemical activity of the catalyst were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry(CV), and the activity towards oxygen electro reduction was studied with the rotating disk electrode (RDE).
