8种搅拌器搅拌特性的实验研究

摘    要:在375mm的搅拌釜内,对8种搅拌器进行实验,考察了搅拌器桨型、转速及密度等操作因素对各种搅拌器的搅拌功率和搅拌时间的影响。研究表明,综合考虑单位体积的搅拌功率和混合时间,所提出的二层组合桨的混合效率数Ce最小,混合效率最高。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted of eight mixers in a 375mm mixing tank,the influences of the operating factors,such as the forms and rotary speeds of the mixers,the medium density on the mixing power and mixing time of the mixers were studied.The research shows that the mixing efficiency number C_e of the two-layer combination blades was least,and their mixing efficiency was highest through a comprehensive consideration of mixing power and mixing time in a unit volume.
