基于能量法的挠性电路模块热-结构灵敏度分析与优化

摘    要:以挠性电路模块为研究对象的一种新的分析与优化方法,通过有限元方法对挠性电路模块进行热一结构耦合特性分析.利用灵敏度分析法,得出影响挠性电路模块热一结构耦合特性的主要因素,并将其作为优化的设计变量.基于能量理论,以挠性电路模块中能量最小化作为优化目标函数,温度作为约束变量.优化结果显示,能量优化率为4.39%,最高温度也有所降低,证明了此方法的可行性.

Abstract:In order to search new method of analysis and optimization,flexible circuit module is selected as research object.Thermal-mechanical coupling character of flexible circuit module is analyzed by finite method.Based on the sensitivity,the main factors are obtained that effect the thermal-mechanical couple characteristics of flexible circuit module.Then,the main factors are used as the design variables in the optimization of flexible circuit module.Based on energy method,the object function of optimization is ...
