共光路空间外差干涉仪理论与性能分析

摘    要:介绍一种利用一块光栅兼作分束器和色散器的Sagnac型空间外差干涉仪的基本结构和原理,利用光波传播角谱理论详细分析给出此干涉仪形成的干涉图样和条纹定域位置。作为无动镜傅里叶光谱仪的干涉分光系统,阐明分光原理,给出理论仪器函数、无谱分辨极限和分辨本领、工作光谱范围、及光通量和视场等性能。指出它兼有传统傅里叶变换光谱仪和光学多通道分析仪(OMA)的优点。

Abstract:The basic structure and principle of the Sagnac spatial heterodyne interferometer which use a reflective diffraction grating as both the beam splitter and disperser is introduced in this paper.The detail analyses of the interferogram formed by the interferometer and its location are given by means of angle spectrum theory of light wave.As the interferential dispersion system in non moving mirror Fourier transform spectrometers,its dispersing principle and the theoretical instrument function are described and given respectively.Further,its main performance,i.e.spectral resolution limit and resolution power,working spectral region,and light throughput and view field are analyzed and discussed.The spectrometer have the advantages of both the conventional Fourier transform spectrometer and the optical multichannel analyzer.
