| 摘 要： | 私营企业的社会资本包括关系型社会资本、信任型社会资本和规范型社会资本。20年来，我国私营企业的发展表现出惊人的态势。文章试图结合个案，借助社会资本的理论框架，从信任的含义和特点出发，重点论述信任型社会资本对私营企业发展的意义。

| Abstract: | The social capital of the private enterprise means that the enterprises include concerning type social capital,believing in type social capital and norm type social capital. Over the past 20 years,the development of the private enterprise of our country has demonstrated the surprising situation. The article attempted the case of combining,drew support from social theory frame of capital,proceeded from meaning and characteristic of believing and expounded the fact by the capital socials believing in being for private enterprise meaning of development. |
