| 摘 要： | 厨余垃圾已经成为当今世界面临的一大难题,如何让厨余垃圾变废为宝成为科学研究的重要课题.研究表明,厨余垃圾中含有营养丰富的可再生利用的有机物,因此科学回收其中的有机物成为绿色科学研究的重点.本文的目的就是通过建立基于PLC的厨余垃圾处理设备的控制系统,建立利用离心和加水的方法,使厨余垃圾中的固体有机物和油水进行分离的厨余垃圾设备,实现科学的、绿色的厨余有机物回收.
