基于S7-200PLC的步进机械手设计

摘    要:采用西门子S7-200的CPU226、MCGS触摸屏、2个步进电机和1个真空吸盘等,设计了用于教学的搬运机械手及控制系统。通过CPU226提供两路PTO脉冲输出信号控制X轴与Y轴步进电机运动,实现双轴定位功能,MCGS组态软件提供操作界面,使用真空吸盘实现对特殊材料的吸取与释放。该设备操作方便、运行平稳、定位准确,能够对物料进行安全有效的搬运,在教学过程中使用效果良好。

Abstract:Siemens S7-200 CPU226,MCGS touchscreen,two stepper motors,and a vacuum cup,are used to design carrying manipulator and control system for the teaching. CPU226 provides two output signal to control the X axis and Y axis stepper motor sports,realize two-axis positioning function. MCGS configuration software provides operation interface. Vacuum is used to snap and release special materials. The equipment is easy to operate,can realize stable operation and accurate positioning,can carry on the safe and effective for material handling. It realizes well property in the process of teaching.
