一种CL-20基混合炸药等静压装药工艺安全性分析

摘    要:为确保炸药在等静压装药工艺过程中的安全性,对一种CL-20基混合炸药(GMD-15)的本质安全性及其与接触材质的相容性进行了分析;运用数值模拟、力学性能测试、热安全性能测试手段,重点分析了GMD-15等静压压制工艺过程中的受力安全性以及热安全性。数值模拟表明:140 MPa条件下,等静压压制药柱的温升为7℃,小于普通模压(29℃);力学性能测试中以≥5 MPa/s的应力率对GMD-15药柱施加压应力,药柱没有发生爆炸或者燃烧;热安全性能测试中以1.5~2.0℃/min的升温速率对GMD-15药粉进行加热,190℃药粉方发生反应,将GMD-15药柱在108℃左右恒温3 h,未发生反应。分析认为,等静压压制GMD-15工艺过程安全,不会导致炸药发生热爆炸。

Abstract:In order to ensure isostatic pressing process safety during the explosives charge, the inherent safety of a CL-20 based composite explosive (GMD-15) and the compatibility between GMD-15 and the contacted media have been analyzed. Numerical simulation, mechanical testing and thermal safety performance testing have been performed to analyze the force safety and thermal safety in the isostatic pressing charging process. Numerical simulation results show that under 140 MPa isostatic pressing the GMD-15 grain temperature rises 7℃, which is less than in normal pressing process (29℃ ). In mechanical properties test, applying stress rate larger than 5 MPa/s to GMD-15 grain prevented it from exploding or burning. In thermal safety performance test, with the heating rate of 1.5-2.0℃/min, GMD-15 powder started with the reaction at 190℃, while when GMD-15 grain was maintained at 108℃for 3 h, no reaction happens. In conclusion, the isostatic pressing process of GMD-15 is safe and would not lead to the occurrence of thermal explosion.
