浅谈自升式海洋钻井平台桁架式桩腿设计建造

摘    要:介绍了自升式海洋钻井平台的关键受力部件桩腿。对桩腿的结构、设计、升降设备对桩腿的要求、DSJ300船型桩腿受力载荷工况、材料要求、焊接要求、桩腿建造要求等各方面进行阐述、分析和总结。结合DSJ300桩腿的建造施工,提出桩腿建造设计、施工要求。对进一步提升钻井平台的整体安全可靠性,提高平台建造技术,具有参考意义。

Abstract:In this paper the spud leg which is the key and main support component of Jack-up Drilling Platform is discussed. The article summarizes leg's structure, design, requirements of the jacking equipment,leg's load stress of DSJ300 rig, leg's materials, welding, construction workmanship. Combined with DSJ300 project, the design and working requirements are summarized. It will improve the safety and reliability and construction technology of the jack up rig.Simultaneously the paper has reference significance to the development of the jack up rig later.
