摘    要:对比研究了常用于晶硅太阳能电池正面电极的银和铜的光电性能和技术发展前景等,着重研究了新型铜基复合电极的优点、技术难点及其解决方案,阐述了国内外晶硅电池铜基复合电极的最新进展。

Abstract:The electrical properties and reserves of materials that can be used for current solar cell electrode are compared of in this paper. The copper based composite electrode is viewed on its advantages, technical difficulties and solutions. The research progress of copper based composite electrode used in silicon cell is analyzed in both domestic and orerseas industries.
