| 摘 要： | 根据CFB锅炉燃烧低热值煤的国家政策导向,通过理论计算得出了循环流化床锅炉最低可燃烧热值、最低可利用热值、最经济利用热值。通过对锅炉实际运行情况的收集,掌握了目前国内低热值燃料发电的使用情况,并分析了燃料与锅炉运行可靠性、经济性的关系。最后列举了东方锅炉设计、制造的CFB设计燃料情况及实际燃用低热值燃料的情况。

| Abstract: | Directed by the national policy that CFB boilers shall fire coal with low heat value, the lowest combustible value, the lowest available heat value and the most economical utilization heat value of CFB boilers are obtained through theoretical calculation, the utilization status of fuels with low heat values in China is mastered through collecting boiler actual operation conditions and the relationships between fuel and boiler operation stability and economical efficiency are analyzed. At last, the design fuel conditions of the CFB boilers designed and fabricated by DBC and their actual conditions of firing low heat value fuels are presented. |
