摘    要:综述了近年来环境样品中PCBs的分析方法,分别对样品前处理、色谱检测方法及近年来发展起来的检测技术如酶联免疫法、生物传感器及基因重组技术进行了讨论,并对PCBs检测的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The paper reviewed the determination of Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in environment samples. It introduced the sample preparation and chromatographic methods. In addition, some determination methods developed in recent years, such as ELISA, bio-sensing technology and genetic recombination were also considered.
