用于高效空气过滤器的过滤介质的研究

摘    要:对驻极熔喷材料、超细玻璃纤维纸、ePTFE薄膜和静电纺纳米纤维网等过滤介质进行了有关高效空气过滤(HEPA)性能的实验。研究结果表明,在达到相同HEPA过滤要求时,驻极熔喷材料的压降比其他材料的压降低很多;对空气中含有的不同微粒各过滤介质的过滤效率和压降呈现出不同的变化趋势。

Abstract:A variety of filter media including electrostatically-charged MB media, micro-glass fiber mats, ePTFE membranes and electrospun nanofiber webs were tested with high efficiency for air filtration. The study result shows that be capable of achieving HEPA efficiency, the pressure drop of electrostaticallycharged MB media was more lower than that of the other media, and the filtration efficiency and pres- sure drop of various filter media have trends of variation for various airborne particulates.
