摘    要:采用Li-MnO2电池材料和工艺制造CR 435锂电池。重点对正极活性物质的加工制备及电池组装工艺进行了试验和改进。通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)测试了热处理前后电解二氧化锰(EMD)的结构,对贮存1周后电池的开路电压、短路电流及内阻进行了测试,并将电池在不同温度下进行恒电流放电和恒电阻放电。测试结果表明电池性能完全满足CR 435锂电池的技术要求,可作为夜间钓鱼时的发光浮标或商务通专用笔夜间使用时的照明电源。

Abstract:CR 435 lithium battery was manufactured with the materials and technique of Li-MnO2 batteries. Emphasis was put on the preparing of positive active materials and assembling of cells in the experimentation. The structures of electolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) thermally treated and untreated were test by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Measurements were taken of the open-circuit voltage, short circuit current and inner resistance of the battery. Also, the battery was discharged under load and at current which were invariable at different temperatures. Results show that the performances meet the requirements of lithium battery completely and the battery can be used as power sources for electric fishing floats or handheld PCs pen at night.
