铝合金拉杆冷挤压缩孔缺陷数值模拟分析

摘    要:运用Deform-3D软件对铝拉杆挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟。分析了铝拉杆在挤压时的成形规律,模拟出了该零件成形时的缩孔缺陷,提出了改进方案,优化了模具设计。实际生产表明,该改进措施能有效解决该零件的冷挤压缩孔缺陷。

Abstract:This article utilized Deform-3D software to carry out the numerical simulation of the aluminium alloy rod extruding forming process. Analysis of data collected during the extruding procedure made it possible to predict the shrinkage cavity flaw of the aluminium alloy rod. Following the results of the simulation, an improvement program is proposed, including an optimized mould design. The actual production indicated that this improvement measures can solve the shrinkage cavity flaw of extruding process effectively.
