| Abstract: | This paper presents briefly the importance of IRS（Incident Reporting System）in experience feedback system in nuclear safety.The paper also introduces the basic norms of IAEA IRS,the process of reporting the incident,and its operation and management of the exchange of experience in international nuclear energy.Some suggestions have been presented on basis of the requirements of promoting the experience feedback system in nuclear safety regulatory body in our country. |
