| Abstract: | The heat transfer and flow characteristics of CPU Heat-sink box were analyzed by using numerical simulation method.The simulation results and experimental results were analyzed.Several different CPU heat-sink box model are analyzed by numerical simulation And they were compared with the original model,So the optimum absorption box model were choosed. |
