锅炉再热汽温低、屏区过热器超温原因分析及解决方案

摘    要:张家口发电厂1号锅炉再热汽温偏低,若调整至额定汽温时,又会导致屏式过热器超温,针对这一问题进行再热汽温调整试验,根据试验结果分析造成这一现象的原因,初步提出解决方案,最后通过燃烧调整试验验证其有效性.

Abstract:The reheat stream temperature of the boiler 1 in Zhangjiakou Power Plant was too low,and it may leads to the overheating in panel superheater when adjusting to the rated stream temperature.In order to solve the problem,the reheat stream temperature adjusting tests were carried out.Based on the analyses of the problem,the elementary measures were proposed and combustion adjustment tests were made to prove effectiveness of these measures.
