火电机组凝结水精处理旁路系统优化分析

摘    要:近年来由于凝结水精处理系统旁路设计不合理,造成凝结水断水或精处理床体反向跑树脂的事故不断发生,对机组安全运行造成了较大的影响.文章对目前火电机组凝结水精处理旁路存在的问题进行了分析,指出了常规系统改造思路存在的弊端,并提出了比较合理的优化方案,这样可以避免精处理系统出现类似事故,保证机组安全稳定运行.

Abstract:Due to condensation bypass unreasonable design,resulting in condensation water-break or polishing treatment bed reverse ran resin accidents continue to occur in recent years,a greater impact on the safe operation of the unit was caused.In this paper,we analysed the condensate polishing bypass problems of the current fossil unit,pointed out the drawbacks of general existing solutions and proposed a more reasonable optimization,so this can avoid the similar accident of polishing system,ensure safe and stable operation of the units.
