浅议联合作战装备保障转型

在信息化条件下，联合作战这一新的战争形态对装备保障提出了新的要求，装备保障能否满足这种新的变化成了战争成败的关键因素之一。从信息化条件下联合作战本身在时空、力量运用、作战行动等方面呈现的最新特征出发，对装备保障的要素构成、保障活动与保障过程等影响装备保障转型的相关因素作了有益的分析和探讨，并结合基层部队的实际情况，提出了联合作战形态下装备保障转型的思路和建议。

Research on Transformation of Equipment Support for Joint Operations

In the information era, joint operations as a new form of war imply new requirements regarding equipment support. So whether equipment support is accommodated to the new change is one of the essential elements for the success of wars. The newest characteristics of joint operations in the information era in various aspects, including the characteristics in time and space, power exercise and operation actions, are discussed in this paper. Then the author elaborates the elements of equipment support, support activities and support process, which are regarded as relevant factors affecting the transformation of equipment support. At the end of the paper, the author, on the basis of the realities of grass-root troops, proposes some approaches and suggestions concerning the transformation of equipment support in the new situation of joint operations.
