聚丙烯蓄电池壳盖的研制

摘    要:采用国内批量生产的嵌段共聚聚丙烯(PP1340),通过制品设计、模具设计和工艺设计,采用注射成型工艺研制出PP蓄电池壳盖。介绍了设计和制造蓄电池壳盖的关键技术,用此壳盖装配蓄电池后经封密性能试验和常温、低温放电性能试验表明,蓄电池的性能符合相关标准,经试生产和批量生产的PP蓄电池壳盖已装配蓄电池,认为该材料具有良好的成型性、力学性能、表面光泽度和低成本等优点,增强了市场竞争力。

Abstract:Block copolymerization polypropylene (PP1340) was chosed to produce storage battery shell and cover by injection molding through product designing, mould designing, forming techniques etc. Key techniques of designing and making the storage battery shell and cover were analyzed thoroughly.The discharge performance and sealing performance of battery assembled with PP shell and cover could meet the requirements of correlative standard. Trial-production and batch-production showed that PP1340 had good forming, mechanical properties, brightness and cheap price, which increased the competitive power.
