漂浮接箍安装位置的理论计算

摘    要:漂浮接箍将套管内部分隔为液体和气体2个独立段,从套管井下受力分析入手,建立了套管微元段的三维力学模型,推导了不同套管段的线密度,提出了数学模型的求解方法,从下往上计算出井口处套管所受的拉力,以此来判断是否需要下入漂浮接箍,同时计算漂浮接箍的安放位置,应用编制的计算软件,分别对无需安装浮箍与需要安装浮箍的例子进行了计算。

Abstract:The inside of casing is divided in fluid section and gas section by using a float coupling A 3D mechanic model is established for the infinitesimal section of casing according to the analysis of bottomhole pressure applied on casing,linear density on different casing sections is derived,a solution is suggested for the meth model,thus tension of the casing on the well head is calculated from bottom to uphole,from which a judgement is made to see if it is needed to set a float coupling, and to calculate where a float coupling is set as well A corresponding software is developed based on a theoretical model,examples for both setting and without setting the couplings are calculated respectively
