| 摘 要： | 提出了一种增益通路仅由ＮＰＮ 型晶体管构成的新型对数域积分器。基于该积分器及对数压缩电路和指数扩展电路， 系统地给出了高阶滤波器设计的无源网络模拟方法。对一个设计实例， １ｄＢ波纹五阶切比雪夫低通滤波器的仿真显示， 这种新型滤波器具有许多其他类型集成滤波器的优点， 可在低电压条件下工作

| Abstract: | A new kind of log-domain integrator is proposed by using only NPN transistors in the gain path. Based on this integrator, log compressing and exponential expanding circuit, a passive simulation method for higher order filters is given systematically. The simulation, for an example, of fifth order Chebyshev low pass filter with 1dB ripples shows that, the filter proposed has some merits of others and can operate under low-voltage condition. |
