基于遗传算法的尺寸链尺寸公差设计研究

摘    要:传统的尺寸链尺寸公差设计忽视了零件除组成环外的另两维尺寸对工艺成本的影响,忽视了组成环公差对零件使用性能的影响。采用遗传算法,引进重量因子和重要性因子,设计尽可能与实际情况相吻合的适应值函数,进行组合优化编程设计,更好地解决了复杂的尺寸链尺寸公差设计问题。

Abstract:By analyzing the defects of traditional dimension tolerance designin dimensional chain which ignore the effect of else two-dimension sizes,except the composing links,on process cost and the effect of composing links tolerance on part service performance,this paper puts forward the better scheme to solve complicated Dimension Tolerance Design of dimensional chain which adopts genetic algorithm in combination optimization by introducing weight factor and significance factor and designing the as practical as possible fitness function.
