| Abstract: | CoG Kit, as the bridge between grid technologies and commodity distributed-computing technologies, is extremely important for the development of grid computing. Java CoG Kit has been paid more attention for the advantages of Java. This paper represents the function in grid application, the components and their category. In addition, it shows how to utilize Grid services with the example of Climate Portal. |
