电弧炉微机控制的研究

摘    要:本文介绍了电弧炉在刚玉冶炼中采用的微机控制系统以及硬件和软件,并对运行的结果进行了总结。该技术的应用中其电流的控制精度达到5%,增产达到3.79%,节电达到3.16%,经济效益十分明显。因此具有较好的推广应用前景。

Abstract:The paper describes the microcomputer control system and its hardware and software used in electric are furnace fused alumina smelting. It summarizes the application result of the control system. The application of the technology makes control precision of electric current limited within the range of 5%, increase production attain to 3.79%, economize electricity attain to 3.16%. Economic effect is quit distinct. Therefore it have the foreground of good expansion application.
