| 摘 要： | 运用Pro/E软件对SZ-6500注塑机的前模板进行实体建模,并运用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析,获得了应力和变形的分布情况,确定了易于破坏的危险区域,在此基础上对前模板的结构设计提出了较为科学的改进建议.

| Abstract: | This paper established 3D solid model of the front platen in SZ-6500 type injection moulding machine by means of the Pro/E software. Then the model was analyzed through ANSYS software,the stress and displacement distribution was obtained ,the main causes of the part fatigue were analyzed. Some scientific suggestions to improve the design of the front platen were given. |
