桥联特性对纤维复合材料裂纹扩展阻力曲线的影响

摘    要:针对纤维复合材料,在吸附区模型的基础上,采用一定的桥联关系,用断裂力学的理论导出裂纹表面张开位移的控制方程,采用数值解法,得到裂纹张开位移和桥联力的分布,在此基础上,进一步计算得出了裂纹扩展的阻力曲线,并讨论了纤维的体积比、纤维与基体间界面摩擦力及纤维强度对裂纹扩展阻力曲线的影响。

Abstract:From a cohesive-zone model with some bridging relation, an integral equation governing the bridging displacement distribution along the crack surface has been derived using the fracture mechanics theory for fiber-reinforced composite. Crack opening displacement and fiber-bridging stress distribution curves have been obtained through numeri nal compufation,and matrix cracking conditions and fracture resistance curves have been established through computation as well. The influences of fiber-fraction , interfacial shear stress and fiber strength on fracture resistance curves are discussed.
