摘    要:针对配电网合环的操作指导问题,提出一种基于优先级的配电网合环综合辅助决策算法。首先,确定所有措施要考虑的指标,并对这些指标进行重要性排序并给出量化值。其次,对每个措施在各个指标下的标度值进行评判,并计算各个措施的优先值,确定措施优先级。最后,根据优先级和制定的目标确定每个措施的具体调节方案,从而获得合环综合辅助决策。该算法可根据配电网实际情况对指标和调节方案进行调整,得到合环的具体调节方案以及决策判断。在所开发的配电网合环仿真运行平台上通过编程实现算法,并以某城市实际配电网验证了算法的可行性。

Abstract:To solve the operation guidance problem of distribution network loop closing, a hybrid aided decision-making algorithm of distribution network loop closing based on priority is proposed. First, the indices to be considered for all measures are determined, and these indices are sorted and quantified by importance. Secondly, the scale values of each measure under each index are judged, and the priority value of each measure is calculated to determine the priority of these measures. Finally, the specific adjustment plan of each measure is determined according to the priority and the formulated target, and then hybrid aided decision-making of loop closing is obtained. This algorithm can adjust the indices and the adjustment plan according to the actual situation of the distribution network, such that the specific adjustment plan and decision-making judgment of the loop closing can be obtained. The algorithm is implemented by programming on the developed distribution network loop closing simulation running platform, and the feasibility of the method is tested and verified on a city distribution network.This work is supported by Tianjin Science and Technology Program (No. 18ZXYENC00100) and Science and Technology Project of State Grid Chongqing Electric Power Company (No. SGTYHT/17-JS-199).
