升降式输送机动力学分析

摘    要:利用ADAMS软件建立升降式输送机模型,模拟仿真铜板打包生产线中的升降式输送机在不同工况下的加速度变化,计算铜板在输送过程中的惯性作用力及惯性反作用力,并分析该作用力对于丝杠升降机运动的影响,提出通过增加导向支撑机构减小丝杠升降机的冲击,提高升降机的寿命和工作可靠性。

Abstract:With the model of elevating conveyor of cathode copper automatic packing machine that builds in ADAMS software,it simulates the acceleration change under different working conditions in delivery process,to computer the inertia force and the inertia counterforce,and analysis the influence of screw elevator with those forces. Therefore,it puts forward to add the guiding support mechanism for reducing the impact of screw elevator,increases the working live and the working reliability of screw elevator.
