改进Z源逆变器的三次谐波注入控制策略

摘    要:改进Z源逆变器与传统Z源逆变器相比具有Z源网络电容电压低、有内在的抑制启动冲击的能力等优点.但基于简单升压控制的改进Z源逆变器存在功率器件电压应力大以及Z源网络电感电流纹波大的缺陷.本文将三次谐波注入调制策略应用于改进Z源逆变器,与简单升压控制相比,能有效减小功率器件电压应力和Z网络电感电流脉动.对这两种调制策略应用于改进Z源逆变的综合性能进行了对比分析.在理论研究的基础上,通过仿真和实验验证了三次谐波注入调制策略的优点.
