典型光电系统的数字孪生技术

摘    要:数字孪生技术将多学科多物理场的系统通过多维异构时序数据进行统一设计和管理,可构建高保真度的数字化镜像模型。本文基于此项技术,对典型光电系统的数字化模型提出了构建的思路和方法;同时结合场景要素本征物理特性分析,描述了高真实感红外场景数字孪生仿真的关键技术。数字模型和场景仿真的有机结合能够准确地实现光电系统的实时交互和迭代运行及优化,高效高质量地缩短产品的研制周期。

Abstract:Digital twinning technology unifies the design and management of multi disciplinary and multi physical field systems through multi dimensional heterogeneous time series data,which allows the construction of high fidelity digital mirror model.Based on this technology,this paper puts forward ideas and methods for constructing a digital model of a typical photoelectric system.Meanwhile,combining with the analysis of the intrinsic physical characteristics of scene elements,the key technologies of digital twin simulation of high realistic infrared scenes are described.The organic combination of digital model and scene simulation can accurately achieve real time interaction and iterative operation and optimization of photoelectric systems,and shorten the product development cycle with high efficiency and high quality.
