宽频带高透波率球冠透波墙的研制

摘    要:透波墙是一个功能性结构件,具有透波、保护双重功能.文中论述了某宽频带高透波率球冠透波墙的成型制造,并对成型过程的关键工艺点进行了探讨.该透波墙罩体为蜂窝夹芯结构,具有较高的电性能和表观质量要求.通过对成型过程的关键工艺点进行研究和控制,研制出了满足设计要求的宽频带高透波率球冠透波墙,并已投入使用.

Abstract:The wave-permeable wall is a structural component with multi-functions including protection and electromagnetic wave transmission. In this paper, the manufacturing of a spherical crown-shape wide-band wave-permeable wall with high transmissivity is described and some key process stages of production are discussed. The involved spherical crown is of honeycomb sandwich structure and has high requirements for electrical properties and visual quality. By studying and controlling the key process stages of production, the wave-permeable wall satisfying the design requirements is developed and put into service.
