模拟盾构机推进液压系统泵站集成设计

摘    要:推进液压系统是盾构液压系统的重要组成部分。本文针对盾构模拟试验平台,介绍了推进液压系统的结构设计特点及其工作原理,采用Pro/E三维软件对主油路阀块、分组阀块以及泵站进行了集成设计,提高了设计效率,保证了设计的准确性及加工的便利。

Abstract:Thrust hydraulic system is a key to the shield tunnelling machine.Working principle and structural characteristic of the system were presented.Pumping station and valve blocks for main oil circuit and grouping were designed integrally using Pro/E(a three-dimensional modeling software),which is advantageous for the machining facility,the design efficiency and the accuracy.
