双动压力机多连杆机构的运动分析

摘    要:
双动压力机的工作机构为多连杆滑块机构。本文运用解析法,对双动压力多连杆机构进行了运动分析,并对PD4-HH-800+600拉延压力机进行了实际计算,某些结论为设计满足拉延工艺要求的双动压力机多连杆机构提供了理论依据,也为多连杆机构的优化设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Working mechanism organ in double-action press consist of many links mechanism.By means of analytic method,motion analysis of many links mechanism in double-action press was studied,and the practical calculation for PD4-HH-800 600 drawing press was worked.Some results provided theory foundation for designing many links mechanism of double-action press requiring drawing technology and established base of many links mechanism optimization design.
