| Abstract: | This paper has described the accuracy of part built by stereo optical lithography technology.It also studied all of main aspects that influence the accuracy,which include CAD model accuracy,the slicing accuracy in slicing procedure,the building accuracy during leaser cure process,and dimension accuraly in post cure process. |
